If you’re a performing artist, she’ll help you hone your ability to “suit the word to the action.”

If you work in another field, she’ll help you develop a readily understandable speech that improves your chances of employment or promotion.

It depends on what you need and when you need it. I can help you prepare a new accent for an audition in one to three hours, depending on length of the piece, the complexity of the accent, your previous training and experience, and your deadline. Usually, though, that’s only a quick fix. It’s appropriate for an audition (especially if you’ve gotten short notice). But for sustained work in a performance, or to build a portfolio of accents and dialects, you may want additional time for more in-depth work.

If you are a non-performer, the amount of time you will need depends on similar variables, including the nature of your personal goals, and how close you are to achieving them before we begin our work together.

Remember, everybody’s different! One size doesn’t fit all. Much depends on your natural abilities, your previous training and experience (if any), and how diligent you are about doing your homework.
